"This company is absolutely horrible. There is only one security guard who consistently shows up to work, often early, and actually stays awake during his shift. There has been several security guards that show up late, sleep on the job, and even steal yet do not get fired or have any sort of consequences. Joseph Jeremias picks and chooses who he wants to keep on his staff and who he wants to dispose of. He is incredibly unprofessional, speaking rudely to the supervisor of our non-profit, and to the staff who were just trying to inform him of the situation at hand.\n\nI've had one of Joseph's security guards steal from me, another one sleeping while I got harassed, and his team simply not showing up and Joseph having no regard to send in any sort of replacement during the late hours of the night. He does not deserve any authority in this company and is not what a manager should be. Giving the guards 1 minute to clock in is abhorrent. If a serious situation takes place, how is a guard supposed to clock in on the dot when they have to be on duty and help break up the clients at hand?\n\nJoseph's security team is very poorly trained. 99% of them don't watch the cameras, don't do any rounds, go on incredibly long breaks, leave without any relief, steal from our business, sleep on the job, etc. I don't understand how someone can have 15 years as a manager and have the worst team of employees I've ever seen. The way he can easily try to get rid of the one security guard he has that actually comes to work, does his job, and does it well is demented. Joseph needs to get off his high horse and actually pay attention to his employees and the people his employees are working with. Respect is so simple, yet the majority of his team seem to have never heard that word in their lives. Do better."

Advanced security on the go is disabled. It seems like the connection to vpn works if advanced security is disabled all together. Seems like its a bug in the xfinity system as I had allowed access yesterday already but its not registering and it doesn't pop up for me to allow.

Website blocked by Xfinity's Advanced Security Network - URGENT Hello Xfinity Support Team, I am seeking urgent assistance with an issue concerning one of our websites being blocked. Our customers are encountering an "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" message, indicating that access to the site is restricted due to potential security risks.
Disable Advanced Security: Alternatively, you can choose to disable the Advanced Security feature. We do not recommend that you disable Advanced Security, as this removes Advanced Security’s protections from all of your devices.
