Ruger American Rimfire | Gunner Forum
This is my new .22 rifle. The one I have is the compact model with an 18" barrel and the 12.5" length of pull. It came with both a low iron sight stock module and a scope sight module. I ordered the full-length scope module to give it a try. Switching them is easy - just unscrew the rear sling...

1873 winc strength | Gunner Forum
A 20 inch octagon barrel, that is usually the carbine length. But this levergun has the rifle forearm, barrel, loading tube, barrel band, and octagon barrel. It weighs in at 7.4 pounds unloaded. It has buck horn sights, but that will change as soon as the peep sights I ordered come in from MidwayUSA.

Lyman Scopes - Gunner Forum
Keeping the focal length long and lens or mirror curvature shallow is a classic way to minimize optical errors. It's why those old spotting scopes you see pirates and pioneers using were extendable in several sections.

Did I get the right ammo for my 870 - Gunner Forum
I took carboard out to the range just like she said and was shocked at the small pattern at room length distances. I practice shootin' from the hip and can do it but it takes a lot of practice. This may sound strange but I don't own firearms for self defense as my primary objective. I own firearms for national defense of our right to do so.

Beware the CZ FS - Gunner Forum
I am such a sucker for full length, mannlicher stocked guns. I am all but helpless when I see one. Here's a recent example. This is a sweet, sweet, CZ 527 FS in 223. Keep in mind that we already have a CZ 527 American in 223, but I just melted when I picked this one up at our local gun shop...

30-30 shoot out, Model 94 versus Marlin 336 | Gunner Forum
The top gun is a recently acquired and refinished Marlin 336TS in 30-30. barrel length is 18 12". This gun was made in 1984. The T stands for "Texan" and the S signifies that this gun has the cross bolt safety which Marlin added in 1984. Earlier versions of this gun were actually stamped "Texan", meaning a straight grip 336, but somewhere along the way Marlin just stamped them with a T. The ...

30 30 for T/C | Gunner Forum
The brass is range brass, I normally full length size myself. I have never neck sized my self, full length works for me. Beside around here I can get 30 30 brass pretty easy. Yea I am looking forward to testing out the lead bullet s in the T/C never have loaded lead bullets for the T/C before.

Astra cub.. | Gunner Forum
The Astra is fairly accurate, given the barrel length, but practical distance isn't great, unless you've got the 4" version called, I think, the Camper. The long-lived Beretta 950 models. both .22 S/.25 ACP, are very much like the Astra series. Got one in .25 also. Works flawlessly.

40 S&W Loads | Gunner Forum
The OH the length of the cartridge and the depth of the bullet is super important too deep will drive the pressure out of sight . My cast bullets and jacket both fly at 1000 fps so the both have the same POI and both are super accurate . I use the stock barrel with the jackets and the Lone Wolf barrel for cast only .
